New Pacific Airlines Flight Attendants must meet all minimum qualifications on the job posting including the following:

  • Must have previous professional experience in a customer service environment; prior experience as a Flight Attendant is highly preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to responsibly serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Must be able to fulfill the physical requirements of the position which includes the ability to lift and maneuver 20 lbs. on a regular basis, and may involve lifting and maneuvering up to 60 lbs.
  • Must be fluent in English, and able to communicate in a professional manner both verbally and in writing. Fluency in one or more languages is preferred.
  • Must have a valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.

After successfully passing the required pre-employment screenings, you may receive an offer to join us in an upcoming ground school. Flight Attendants receive five weeks of comprehensive training at an approved training location to prepare them for an exciting career as a member of the Inflight team. The training is made up of classroom instruction as well as practical hands-on exercises covering topics such as extended overwater cabin crew responsibilities, self-defense, de-escalation training, and CPR.
